1. How to Rent: Start With Your Dates
Select your pickup and return locations, together with the dates and times. You can choose different locations where that option is available for the vehicle.
Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour intervals. An additional part of a day counts as another rental day.
2. Review the Vehicle and Total Price
Open the car page to check its features, duration-based rates, insurance conditions and refundable security deposit, if required.
Your booking quote includes the rental amount and applicable pickup and return charges. A refundable security deposit is shown separately from the rental price.
3. Enter Your Contact Details
Provide your full name, email address and an international phone number. Use contact details that you can access during your trip so we can reach you about your booking and pickup.
4. Pay the Booking Prepayment
To confirm a marketplace booking, pay the required advance amount. The standard booking prepayment is 15% of the rental total; a partner-specific rate or fixed amount may apply and is shown for the selected car before confirmation. This payment is part of the rental price. Pay the remaining rental balance to the rental partner in cash when collecting the car.
Review the exact amount due now and the cash balance before confirming. Online booking payments are being activated; while unavailable, contact us to discuss availability. An enquiry alone does not confirm a prepaid booking. Keep your booking confirmation and reference once issued.
5. Prepare for Pickup
Have your driving licence and passport or identity document ready. Check the selected vehicle’s driver eligibility and document requirements in advance.
At handover, review the car’s condition and record any existing marks with the person providing the vehicle. Confirm the fuel arrangement, return location and contact details before leaving.
6. Return the Car as Agreed
Bring the car back at the agreed time and location, following the fuel and return conditions for your booking. If your plans change or you expect a delay, contact us as early as possible.
