Can I collect the car at an airport?
Yes. Airport pickup is USD 30 and airport return is USD 30 for rentals of 1–7 days. Both airport services are free for rentals of 8 days or more. City-address delivery is not automatically free; other routes use predefined charges shown in your quote.
Can I return the car in a different city?
Where the selected vehicle supports this arrangement, you can choose a different return location. The applicable return fee is included in your quote. Contact us if your preferred location is not listed.
Does the daily price change for a longer rental?
It can. Each car can have different rates for different rental durations. Your selected dates determine which daily rate applies. Delivery rates may also vary by duration where a different rate is offered.
How are rental days calculated?
Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour intervals. An additional part of a day counts as one more rental day. Enter the actual pickup and return times to see the price for your plans.
How much do I pay when booking?
A booking prepayment is required. The standard rate is 15%; the platform may set a different percentage or fixed amount for the selected partner, which is shown before confirmation. The advance counts toward your rental total. Pay the remaining rental balance in cash when collecting the car. Online booking payments are being activated; until then, contact us to discuss availability.
What is the difference between prepayment and a security deposit?
The booking prepayment is part of the rental price. Each car’s individual security deposit is separate: you pay it to the rental partner in cash at pickup, and it is returned in cash when you return the car, according to the agreed conditions. The amount is shown on the vehicle page.
Is insurance the same for every car?
No. Check the insurance information for the vehicle you select, including coverage, exclusions and any excess or deductible. Ask us if you need clarification before booking.
What documents do I need?
Have a valid driving licence and your passport or identity document ready. Minimum age, driving experience and other eligibility requirements must be checked against the conditions for your chosen vehicle.
Can I travel to Armenia?
Cross-border travel requires prior approval and may depend on the vehicle, insurance and documentation. Contact us before booking. A rental confirmation on its own is not permission to cross a border.
Can I use the car on any road?
Check the permitted routes and road restrictions in the vehicle’s conditions. If you plan to visit a remote area or drive on an unpaved road, discuss the exact route before booking. An SUV label does not by itself mean off-road driving is permitted.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact us with your booking reference as soon as your plans change. Availability, price changes and cancellation conditions depend on your booking and the applicable rental terms.
Do you offer cars with a driver?
Yes, you can contact us to discuss chauffeur services and airport transfers. Share your itinerary, dates and group size so we can check availability and confirm the service price.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
Contact us as soon as you know your updated arrival time. Include your booking reference and flight details so that we can review the pickup arrangements.
Can I extend the rental?
Ask before your original return time. An extension depends on vehicle availability and confirmation of the additional rental cost. Do not assume the extension is confirmed until you receive a response.
